Ordering Information and Refund Policy

Please be sure to note any specifics for your order in the "Add Special Instructions To The Seller" box while checking out.  This will be available on the "Review your information" page when checking out (right below the "Shipping Address").  Be sure to note which LED colors you'd like.

Most standard (non-custom) orders ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom orders are on a schedule, e-mail us for lead times.

Please note:  All orders MUST be in U.S. Dollars.

We accept PAYPAL, checks, money orders, and international money orders by mail.  Make payable to David Boggs.  Please include all information; item(s) ordered, color(s), LED colors and details, shipping address, e-mail address, etc.  Checks will be held until authorized.  If you're sending a unit back, please DO NOT send it with a signature required.

Indiana residents must pay 7% sales tax.

15% restocking fee for normal returns.  DO NOT return a unit without first attaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  Any items without return authorization number will be refused.

Refunds not available for customized units, although special circumstances may apply, at our discretion.  A unit that has anything more than standard loops and tuner mute is typically considered customized (or in the case of A/B type switching devices, anything that is out of the norm of what is listed on the page).
